HALF Exhibition


    General Terms & Conditions

  • Entrants may submit up to 4 artworks 2D hanging or 3D. The entry fee is £5 per work.
  • Entrants may also submit up to 10 unframed mounted artworks for display in our browsers. There is no additional submission charge but commission of 15% on sales will be deducted. Unframed work must be neatly wrapped in cellophane.
  • Please label each piece of artwork (framed, unframed and 3D) on the back/base with your Name, Title of work, Medium and Price.
  • Please note: there is a mimimum price for art works of £50. All work must be for sale.
  • All 2D pieces must fitted with D-rings and be securely strung ready to hang.
  • If submitting 3D work, please inform us on the entry form if you require a display plinth.
  • Visit Highworth will deduct a 15% commission from the price of any work sold.
  • Handing-in will be on Friday 19th June between 1pm and 3pm at the Visit Highworth Centre 7 High Street, Highworth. If you cannot bring your work at that date and time please contact Neil George to make alternative arrangements, email neil.george@icloud.com or phone 07500 948222.
  • Full payment of entry fee must be made with your entry. Details to follow.
  • You can cancel your entry at any point up to 1 week before the event (Friday 12th June). This will incur a £10 admin charge and any balance of your payment will be refunded.
  • If you cancel later than 12th June, there will be no refund, except in exceptional circumstances (please call to discuss if this applies). If you do not fulfil your commitment to submit work and do not cancel your entry, you will forfeit your full payment. If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
  • The exhibition will be held in The United Reformed Church (URC), High Street, Highworth and will be open to the public on Saturday 20th 9am-4pm and on Sunday 21st June from 9am-1pm.
  • An opening Exhibition Preview will be held for invited guests on Friday 19th June from 7-9pm.
  • Artists are requested to be present at the opening event if possible.
  • All exhibits will be left up overnight.
  • You must collect your artwork from the URC between 1pm and 2pm on Sunday 21st June.
  • The organisers will advertise the event on social media and across the town as well as distributing posters. Participants are encouraged to have a supply and distribute in their area. We also encourage all participants to do their own advertising. Please include jpegs of your artwork with your entry or email to us. Images may be used for advertising and promoting the event via social media.
  • The organisers of the exhibition shall not be held liable for loss of or damage to exhibited work during set-up, dismantling or during the course of the exhibition howsoever caused.
  • Please complete and submit the online submission form as soon as possible, but no later than 31 May 2026, providing evidence of Public Liability Insurance coverage. You must also send full payment for entry into the Art exhibition (£5 per picture/3D work). Pay securely online using the link below:
