Whew! This summer is a scorcher isn’t it? At VHL we are carrying on regardless and are pleased that, with its position on the shadier side of the market place and the thick walls of the old bank building. the VHL Shop and Museum remain a haven of cool during the hot weather.

Whether you are shopping for yourself or looking for that perfect gift for a friend or loved one there is a vast array of things to choose from. New stock is added all the time, here are a few things to look out for:
Exhibition of Art by Ann March

Local Highworth artist Ann March is exhibiting her latest work at the VHL shop as Artist of the Month throughout August and September.
You can usually find Ann manning the shop on a Friday, but she will also be in store on Saturday 5 September specifically to chat to visitors about her work.
New Stock and Suppliers
In the VHL Shop we showcase the work of many local artists and craftsmen. We are constantly getting new stock for sale in the shop and new suppliers come on-board.
Among the new stock in the shop this August you will find children’s books, new ceramic items by Karen Kelly and exquisite hand knitted babywear by new supplier ‘My Nannie Knits’ (Rosemary Williams).
