The popular idiom and song lyric from the Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway musical “Carousel” used to describe the explosive, joyful, and bustling arrival of early summer, the landscape is rapidly coming alive with blooming flowers, warm weather, and restless energy fuels a desire to get out and do something.

Well there is plenty to do in Highworth over the coming month with the Jazz Festival on the 6th June, closely followed by a whole week of exciting events during the Highworth Arts & Literature Festival which runs from the 13th to the 21st June.

Look out for the HALF leaflets around Town to get the low down on the schedule for the week or check out the HALF page on the VHL website.

You can buy tickets for the workshops and talks via the website or drop into the VHL shop to get your tickets before they sell out.
